What Menolea offers

Menolea creates personalized eating plans based on the answers you give in the quiz: meals, portions, a shopping list, weekly check-ins and informational reads.

Menolea provides general wellness information. It is not a medical service; it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for the advice of your doctor, gynecologist or dietitian. If you have a medical condition, are undergoing treatment, are pregnant or have a history of eating disorders, talk to a professional before changing how you eat.

Account and access

Your account is created at purchase using the email address you provided. You sign in with a link sent by email, with no password, so please keep access to your inbox secure.

The service is only available to adults.

Prices, subscription and renewal

The program you choose is an automatically renewing subscription. The first period has a welcome price; at the end of each period, your subscription renews at the price shown before payment until you cancel it.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

You can cancel renewal at any time from your profile in two clicks. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Right of withdrawal

Menolea is digital content supplied immediately after payment. At purchase, you expressly request immediate access to your plan and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal available to consumers in the European Union. This does not affect your statutory rights if the service does not conform to the contract.

Acceptable use

Plans, recipes and texts are for personal use only. You may not resell them, copy them in bulk or share access to your account.

Liability

We work to provide accurate information and a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee specific results, which depend on many personal factors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will notify you of significant changes by email before your next renewal.

These terms are governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
